• Any project approval, payment, or written confirmation constitutes a legally binding agreement
• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful
• You agree not to use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements
• Share content, feedback, and approvals on time
• Ensure all provided materials are legally owned or licensed
• Cooperate during project execution

Delays from client side may impact delivery timelines.

5.1 Payment Terms

• Advance payment (30%–70%) is required to start any project
• Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery / go-live
• For subscription or support services, payments are billed monthly or as agreed

5.2 Late Payments

Delayed payments may result in:

• Project hold or suspension
• Additional charges or penalties
• Delay in delivery

5.3 Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Custom quotes apply based on project scope

6.1 Services

• Once a project has started, payments are non-refundable
• Cancellation may incur charges based on completed work

6.2 Digital Products (VERY IMPORTANT)

Strict No Refund Policy

All digital products (software, tools, templates, subscriptions) are:

• Non-refundable
• Non-cancellable
• Non-exchangeable

Once access is provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Pricing includes only agreed scope
• Additional features or changes will be charged separately
• Limited revisions may be included (as per agreement)

8.1 Delivery

• We deliver projects based on agreed timelines
• Final delivery is subject to full payment clearance

8.2 Post-Delivery Support

• Minor fixes (if applicable) may be covered for a limited period
• Ongoing support requires a separate maintenance plan

8.3 Third-Party Dependencies

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

• Hosting providers
• Plugins / third-party tools
• External APIs
• Client-side changes

9.1 Ownership

Dotdunia retains rights to:

• Proprietary code frameworks
• Internal tools
• Design systems

9.2 Client Rights

• Upon full payment, client receives rights to agreed deliverables
• Third-party licenses (themes, plugins) remain subject to their own terms

9.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute our work without permission
• Copy proprietary systems or frameworks

Products are provided under license, not ownership. Access may be:

• Subscription-based
• Limited by usage

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts for misuse
• Modify features
• Discontinue services (with notice where applicable)

You agree NOT to:

• Use services for illegal activities
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Engage in spam or abusive behavior
• Violate intellectual property laws

Violation may result in immediate termination of services.

We do NOT guarantee:

• Search engine rankings
• Specific traffic numbers
• Revenue outcomes

Results depend on multiple external factors (Google algorithms, competition, market trends).

If your project includes ads, you must comply with:

• Google AdSense policies
• Advertising guidelines

We are not responsible for:

• Account suspension
• Policy violations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dotdunia Technologies shall NOT be liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Business interruption
• Third-party failures
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of our services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dotdunia harmless against:

• Legal claims
• Damages
• Losses

arising from:

• Misuse of services
• Violation of laws
• Unauthorized content usage

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• International laws
• Currency conversions
